Bachevo village is located at the foot of Rila mountain, north –eatsern part of Razlog valley. The project is situated  4 km away from town of Razlog and 12 km away from town of Bansko, 8 km away from a golf course  PIRIN Golf. It lies at 920 m altitude.

In the next few years in the area will be built another 4 golf-courses  and their total number will be 5. The whole project is south facing  and it's situated in a quiet and peaceful place, surrounded of woods and glades  with amazing view to the snowy peaks of Pirin Mountain and ski runs above Bansko. An archtecture of Bachevo resort & Spa will be finished in old  Revival style, typical for Bansko area - with wooden coating, stone walls, red tiled roof. The plot, on which is planned a construction of this multifunctional complex, has a land 9000 sq.m. and total built-up area of 11 655 sq.m.
