EMERALD RESORT in Bulgaria is a modern apartment complex of a lux-class.

The Bulgarian company PIONEER DEVELOPMENT is the real estate developer of the complex, based in Sofia, investing in tourist complexes on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and in the popular Bulgarian winter resorts. SWIMMING POOLS

We have built the biggest heated outdoor swimming pool in Bulgaria  featuring a unique design and modern technologies. You may use it all year round irrespective of the season.

The Blue Lagoon is 2500 square-meter swimming pool with water cascades, rocks and shelves, emerald sparkling water.

Kids’ swimming pool – a place for safe and fun rest, situated in the Mowgli’s corner.

Complying with all Bulgarian local regulations, EMERALD RESORT buildings have been completed by a monolith reinforced concrete structure. Buildings are also protected with drainage system against ground humidity. All necessary waterproofing for the basement are provided.

Exterior walls - 25 cm. thick bricks walls, protected with 5 cm. heat insulation and painted with mineral plaster.
